Martin has been a partner with the practice since 1993. He offers general practice care and has an interest in men's health, blood pressure treatment, prevention of heart disease, joint injection procedures and skin diseases.

Dr Louise Duncan (f)

MBBS (Newcastle 1991) DCH Cert DFFP MRCGP


Louise has been working as a GP since 1998. She provides general care and has a particular interest in children's, teenager's and woman's health. She fits contraceptive implants and intra-uterine devices (coils), as does Nurse Practitioner Emma.

Dr Chris Howe (m)



Chris joined the practice in 2021 having completed his medical studies and GP training in the North East and has enjoyed working and studying all across the region. He enjoys the variety of cases in general practice and is particularly interested in mental health and persistent physical symptoms.

Dr Lorna Longworth (f)

MBChB MRCP nMRCGP


Lorna joined the practice in 2011. She previously worked in Benwell. She currently works part time. She enjoys dealing with the wide variety of conditions seen in an average day. Her particular interests include care of elderly patients. She works with other team members to co-ordinate the Patient Participation Group.

Dr Siddharth (m)



Sid joined the practice in 2022. He completed his GP training in the North East and previously worked in North Tyneside. He takes a keen interest in continued professional development and teaching. He enjoys the variety of cases general practice has to offer and getting to know patients well.

Dr Sukey Ho (f)

MBChB (Edinburgh 2013) DRCOG MRCGP


Sukey joined the practice in 2018 having completed her GP training locally. She offers a full range of general practice care. She enjoys getting to know her patients in the context of their own lifestyle and culture, so that their care can be tailored towards their needs.

Dr Hannah Wright (f)



Dr Wright joined the practice as a registrar in 2018 before completing her GP training later that year. She works across the West End Family Health Network, and enjoys seeing the variety that general practice offers.
She also works alongside Changing Lives in supporting the healthcare needs of people experiencing homelessness in the city.
